Student Success Centre (SSC) - Careers & Alumni focuses on developing and building students' engagement with market-oriented experiences that contribute to their learning development and academic success. This department supports students in developing career plans and goals and improves their readiness for employability. It empowers students to develop, implement, and continuously evaluate their academic and career goals.

The SSC offers a range of opportunities for students to develop connections and network with potential employers. Through our career development and networking opportunities, students can gain practical skills that are highly valued in the job market. Our soft skill training, career-related workshops, and market knowledge base expansion strategies are designed to strengthen students' self-marketing tools and enhance their employability. 

SSC coordinates with important functionaries in the industry sector, identifies specific companies and their requirements, collects student profiles that broadly meet their requirements, and organises interviews. We at SSC have an active portal where all the positions are posted for students to apply. SSC also organises briefing sessions on opportunities within specific sectors and companies.

Students are encouraged to contact the SSC to learn more about how they could best use the services offered. Professional development sessions to prepare them for the competitive market and build confidence to face interviews and effective communication are some of the areas we focus on for our students.

The SSC closely aligns with different institutions and organises career fairs and other events like Industry Day and Human Capital Forum, Guest Talks, Annual Placement Week, and Alumni Meet aimed at providing students with opportunities to understand industry requirements and career options. Students are advised to make the best use of these different platforms so as to avail themselves of the best opportunities for a bright future.

The Alumni relations focus on enhancing and maintaining close engagement with the University. The main goal is to provide comprehensive support and services to alumni.

Several companies such as KPMG, Khaleej Times, CAFU, DWTC, ZOHO, Danube, Hellman, Noon, Oberoi, Debenhams, Sobha Realty, Zomato, The Hilton Group, DHL, Canon, DAMAC, HILTI, Atlantis the Palm, and more, have visited Amity University Dubai for talented and hardworking students to take on roles within their organisations.
