Amity University Dubai Professors Secure Patent for Innovative Emotion Detection Device

Dr Aradhana Bhardwaj and Dr Bhopendra Singh have been granted a patent by the Patent Office, Government of India, for their innovative device designed to detect and analyse customer emotions in real time.


This cutting-edge tool uses facial recognition software, biometric sensors, and advanced algorithms to interpret emotional cues, from subtle changes in facial expressions to physiological responses like heart rate and skin conductance. The device can identify emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, and surprise, representing a significant advancement in emotion detection technology.
