The 2024 Alumni Meet at Amity University Dubai was a memorable event that brought together alumni from different years to rekindle old connections and strengthen their bond with their alma mater. The event attracted interest from our alumni, with more than 300 attending along with their families. The campus buzzed with energy as attendees reconnected with friends, faculty, and mentors in an atmosphere charged with nostalgia and excitement.
The highlight of the 2024 Alumni Meet at Amity University Dubai was the launch of the Alumni Portal and the Alumni Newsletter, marking a significant step towards fostering a vibrant and engaged alumni community. The event kicked off with a heartfelt welcome address by Dr. Fazal Malik, Pro Vice-Chancellor, setting a positive tone for the day.
Keynote speeches were delivered by esteemed guests of honour, Dr Rashed Karkain, CEO/MD of the Sustainable Development Research and Training Institute, and Dr Abdelghany Eladib, President of SIG-MENA, Africa, South East Asia, & CIS, offering valuable insights and inspiration.
Alumni took the stage to share their professional experiences and growth since graduating, providing current students a glimpse into the diverse career paths and opportunities that await them. The meet also featured a cultural program with performances by the university's talented students, adding a celebratory and artistic dimension to the gathering.
